Roadhouse Roosters release self titled EP

Roadhouse Roosters just released their first EP called (you guessed it) "Roadhouse Roosters".  The EP features six original blues/rock tunes by singer/guitarist Joel M. Smith.  Recorded and produced by Ken Eichler at Sliding Door Studio, Roadhouse Roosters can be purchased online at CD Baby, iTunes, etc. and is also available at all popular streaming sites.

Roadhouse Roosters hail from the northern suburbs of New York city. They play uptempo boogie and blues that's heavy on slide, electric and acoustic guitars. Their repertoire is a combination of covers and originals designed to keep the audience from ever getting bored. Heavily influenced by Johnny Winter, Stevie Ray Vaughan and other great bluesmen of the past, they always give their listeners a rockin' good time.

"Roadhouse Roosters are bluesmen...and the bluesman has his black cat bone and his mojo working. He has tended to the fire of the gypsy woman late into the night, in so gaining enlightenment into the mysteries of life, love, witches, and women. He has made the pilgrimage to the crossroads, stared the Devil himself in the eye and lived to tell the tale in song. Ordinary men stand in awe and women get hungry in the presence of...the Bluesman!"  Joel M. Smith
